Work around loading and tenant access
Identify the entrance the service vehicle would use, including any gate code arrangement, security check, or delivery window that must be agreed. Describe the proposed placement surface and the walking route from the work zone. Avoid allocating the same space to restroom servicing and scheduled building deliveries. If fencing will move during construction, ask whether the equipment position can remain accessible throughout the rental.
Review facilities for the people actually attending
Ask about handwashing equipment and accessible restroom options before choosing a layout. Explain distances, changes in level, and the route from parking or the occupied building. An accessible unit by itself does not establish that the entire arrangement meets the site's needs. For evening work, discuss how the user route will be lit and maintained by the site team.
Check the recurring service assumptions
Compare the quoted delivery, collection, cleaning visits, rental period, and requested handwashing equipment. Explain restricted entry hours and any planned relocation. Ask how additional servicing, unavailable site access, and extra rental days would affect the written arrangement.
